WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! I'm so glad I found this Company after 2 times dealing with very bad companies, who's lying and charge money for promises, not work. Laurie was very kind on a phone when we explained our situation and professional to schedule our home for service even though her Company is VERY BUSY. Steven - professional and accurate did his job with a good quality and did not missed a spot of our yard. We have 2 dogs - German Sheppard puppy and Beagle and they'll make sure it's not poison for them. All natural and it's really work. Plus from my own experience- when woman is a business owner - it's most of the time (I knew some exclusions too) job will be don good and accurate and with a good responsibility. I had a HUGE hornet nest in my yard this year that went unobserved until it became truly dangerous. I've had football sized nests before and have treated them myself without concern. But this one was the size of a basketball and the hornets were very aggressive. I was even forced to cancel a planned get together until it was gone!

I have used Bite Back Tick and Mosquito for quite a few years and my yard has been tick and mosquito free. Until recently I didn't know they could take care of the hornet nest as well. Steve arrived promptly this morning and was well equipped to safely handle the removal of the nest. He sprayed it, cut it away from the bush it was in, bagged it and removed it. I am so relieved my yard is now safe for my dogs and guests!

Owner was very patient in answering all of our questions. Ronnie arrived and was an especially well mannered young man, which is a rarity in the younger generation today. It was our first application, so we’ll see if our tick control is effective with time, but the management of the business is fantastic. I use Bite Back for mosquitoe control on my property and it really works nicely... I'm not getting bitten! I had a real problem with mosquitoes and couldn't use my yard as I'd like to.

I researched other companies and Bite Back is the only one that I could find that was really 100% natural.
I have a pond in my backyard and even though they are cautious the product will not harm the fish regardless of contact or not.

My wife gets eaten alive by mosquitoes if she sits outside. I had seen this service advertised but was obviously skeptical. We signed up to give it a try to see if it would actually work. Let me tell you, the next day after the first application my wife and I sat out on our porch and she didn’t get a single bite. We also have a 1 year old and we’ve been spending a lot of time outside with him during the nice weather and we didn’t want to have to worry about mosquitoes and ticks for him. I absolutely love Bite Back! I love that they are a family owned company. I love that they give back to local community. They offer a discount for new customers and give money to the sports team mentioned when a new client is referred. They spray the entire lawn and not just the perimeter, like many other services do. They come back for touchups if needed or if you are having a party/company. They have a special spray that is applied if the weather calls for rain within a certain amount of time after the application to make sure the water does not wash the application away. They text you when they were coming in on their way. They respond immediately to any question, no matter what time or day. I wish all businesses ran this way.

The Company was very responsive to my initial inquiry and immediately put my home on the schedule for treatment. They came out a few days later for the 1st treatment. The tech, Rob, was very polite and thorough in application. We saw immediate results! No more dogs covered in ticks (which occurred still after using a different company that sprayed chemicals) and no mosquito bites until the day before 2nd treatment. Very happy with this service! We live against a wooded area/wetlands and this year was particularly bad with ticks, but we haven’t had any issue since switching to Bite Back! I have a beautiful yard that’s perfect for entertaining, except I’ve been bombarded by mosquitoes and ticks since we moved in 9 years ago, so it’s challenging to entertain. The team at Bite Back are true professionals. We used them because we wanted a 100% natural solution to our mosquito issues. We've tried other companies like Mosquito Joe in the past, and they all mostly suffer from poor customer service and follow through. The other companies would be in and out in less than five minutes and would cut corners, leading to the product not working as it should.

We've been finding so many ticks on our poor boys, we knew we needed to do something. We've always had mosquitos, so this was the tipping point for us to take action. I reached out Saturday afternoon and got an immediate response. They sent an estimate Saturday evening. I was able to pay online and they scheduled us right away. Andrew just left. Ron is very detailed and professional. He sends us a reminder a day or two before our scheduled appointment, he also lets us know when he is on his way.
He checks any containers that have rain collected in them that we overlook and notifies us if there is something that may cause bug infestation on our property.
The ingredients he uses in his spray doesn’t make me sick and my son with severe asthma has not had any attacks this whole season with Bite Back sprays. I also have a parrot and birds so there is no worry with their natural spray.
I love that they pay more attention to spray my kids’ play area so they can play longer hours without getting frustrated by mosquitoes.
