Position Overview
Most veteran applicants start as Mosquito & Tick Technicians.
Positions are typically seasonal (April–October), with opportunities for
full-time hours, leadership roles, and long-term growth.
Pay, Benefits & Support
- Hourly pay: $15–$20/hour plus performance bonuses
- Paid training — no prior pest control experience required
- Company vehicle, equipment, and uniform provided
- Ongoing skills training and advancement opportunities
- Flexible seasonal schedules
Eligibility & Requirements
- Honorable or general discharge preferred (not required)
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (per NJ law)
- Physically able to work outdoors and lift up to 60 lbs
- Smartphone capable of running company applications
