Seasonal Mosquito & Tick Technician
Bite Back Tick & Mosquito Control is a fast-growing, family-owned New Jersey company.
We’re expanding our field team and looking for motivated individuals who want
outdoor work, steady hours, and a positive team environment.
Positions are seasonal (April–October), with both full-time and part-time
opportunities available. Our office is located in Morganville, NJ,
and technicians service residential properties throughout New Jersey.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $15–$20 per hour, plus performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Treat approximately 12–18 residential properties per day
- Identify mosquito and tick harborage areas (standing water, property lines, gardens, wooded edges)
- Apply all-natural treatments safely and responsibly
- Provide courteous customer service and answer homeowner questions
- Communicate with office staff and clients as needed
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and records
- Follow all company safety, appearance, and operational procedures
Schedule Expectations
Hours are weather-dependent. During peak season (May–September),
technicians may work 40–50 hours per week.
Some weekends are required. Flexibility is essential.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (per NJ law)
- Physically able to carry up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in summer heat
- Smartphone capable of running company applications
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
