Shield is our core seasonal spray program. It includes all-natural tick and mosquito treatments about every 3 weeks, property inspections, standing water checks when applicable, and consistent April to October service.

Shield Plus includes everything in Shield, plus Nature-Cide Granular applied to ground-level perimeter zones, bedding areas, wooded edges, fence lines, and other higher-pressure areas. It is our maximum protection option for yards with heavier tick pressure, deer activity, pets, shade, or thick landscaping.

Shield local-route pricing starts at $89 per treatment for qualifying New Jersey yards. Final pricing depends on yard size, route availability, property conditions, and pest pressure.

Shield Plus starts at $172.50 per treatment and includes everything in Shield plus Nature-Cide Granular for premium perimeter and ground-level support.

No. Most yards do very well with Shield alone when treatments are done consistently. Shield Plus is recommended when a property has wooded edges, deer activity, pets, shade, thick landscaping, prior tick issues, or heavier perimeter pressure.

The granular layer adds ground-level support in perimeter zones, bedding areas, wooded edges, fence lines, and other places where ticks, larvae, fleas, and crawling pests can hold. It is especially valuable for wooded, shaded, pet-heavy, or deer-heavy properties because those yards often have more pressure between regular spray visits.

Shield Plus costs more because it adds a second product layer and extra material to the areas where ground-level pressure is most likely to hold. For higher-risk yards, that added perimeter and bedding-zone support can be the difference between a basic seasonal program and a stronger premium program.

Our standard seasonal schedule is about every 3 weeks from April to October. Most full-season plans include 8 visits, with the option to extend coverage when needed.

Yes. Standing water is one of the biggest drivers of mosquito pressure. When applicable, we check and treat standing water sources and note conditions that may keep mosquitoes active between visits.

Helpful steps include removing standing water, keeping grass trimmed, clearing heavy leaf litter, cleaning gutters, reducing overgrowth near edges, and keeping toys, tarps, buckets, and planters from holding water.

Yard conditions matter. Heavy woods, open unfenced properties, pets, deer activity, and wildlife traffic can create ongoing tick pressure. If a property has higher tick risk, Shield Plus may be recommended for stronger perimeter support and the best protection level.
